The Deccan Chargers Lucky Draw Scheme is open to all ticket holders who have purchased valid tickets for any of the 7 matches at Hyderabad in the DLF IPL Twenty20 League.

The Lucky Draw shall be conducted in a public place by an independent panel constituted by Deccan Chargers at their sole and absolute discretion and the same shall be final & binding and shall not be questioned by any ticket holder in any manner whatsoever.

The pictures of the prizes shown in the coupon / website / communication sent to the ticket holders are representative only and the prizes are subject to availability from the respective suppliers.

Deccan Chargers shall not be liable on account of any deficiency or defect in the products given as prizes to any ticket holder.

The employees and families of the Deccan Chronicle Group, ticket holders who hold donors passes or complimentary tickets of any category are not eligible to participate in this scheme.

Ticket holders must retain the Lucky Draw coupon with serial number to claim the prizes.

The winning ticket holders undertake to pay any taxes/ duties on the same as applicable

The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be encashed.

The winning ticket holders will have to produce an identification document at the time of receiving the gift. It could be PAN No., Driving license, Identity card or Voter ID card.

Relevant Income Tax / Government of India laws will be applicable to the winner of the Gift.
