Playing a game is different than playing the game for money. Not everybody is going to be successfull if they play for money. You don't have to look beyond Punter and Lara(in ICL) as an example. Get rid of these players (afridi, gibbs and styris) next year and find somebody else who have done better this year. Even in y'day game you can look in their faces and see how worried they are. The less said about afridi the better. The only positives for this team are Laxman and Rohit. Laxman has grown a lot in just few games.

you should mainly concentrate on your batting. stay till the end. dont loose ur wicket too early. your runs are important for the team to win the match. maintian strike rate of 150+. how many sixes u hit is not important for the team. scoring more runs only helps the team to win the match. so stay till the end and score more runs.

First: you must spend some time on the wicket.
Second: when you get on the crease dont start smashing balls from the start.
Third: I know that you are targetting Brenden Mcallam record first hit some shots
on the ground then go for bang bang bang.
