I believe Gibbs should open the innings if symonds plays or Ravi teja should take the support role for Gilly.
Deccans should use the talent of local players and they need it badly to make some impression this time. They cant just rely on foriegn players. I donot see any local talent except young Ravi teja and Venugopal rao , the latter showed his powerhitting with cameos in the augural T20. If symonds is playing replacing scott or smith, Gibbs can open the innings with Gilly as symonds and rohit in middle order will do.
