Gilliy should open with Bhilakia. Gibbs must be 3rd or 4th position. Gilly can also open bating with Suman. With in first 6 overs Gilly should play a vital role. The other batsmen has to support gilly in first 6 overs. Because we are losing the other batsmen gibbs early inn the innings. And giving oppurtuinity to other teams to over step. We are lossing any one of the batsmen due to aggression. Because gibbs want to match with gilly when he is playing. Due to that we losing either gilly or gibbs, who are the main players of the team. So gilly should be opening or gibbs should be opener but the other batsmen should be Suman or Bhilakia.
