DARREN LEHMENN is the only person who is associated with both the IPL winning teams during the win....
He seems to be a very good coach because the fielding has improved a lot after his appointment as DECCANCHARGERS coach.& he seems to carry his luck.....

Darren Lehmenn is the best coach we have.He is very calm ,relaxed and is really positive about everything and i would like 2 congratulate him for his extraordinary coaching which made DC win .

I thnk LEHMANN is the best coach for DC .. he is vry relaxed nd GILLY,SYMONDS nd LEHMANN hav played wid each other .. so thers a lot of understanfing between them ..nd all of them are experienced .. see DC's feilding has improved so much .. only bowling has to be improved .. as we have no quality bowler (fast) except RP ..

Laxman's Score in this season's IPL are 10,5,0,4. Though it hasn't been a problem yet still while playing against Delhi Daredevils Deccan Chargers would need to chase a large target.Successive failure of Laxman would also have reduced his confidence.On the other hand Gibbs may undergo stress because the whole burden of scoring lies on him.
So Coach plz help Laxman gain confidence and out of the problems of Shot selection,getting acquainted with pitch......whatever it is(u know better).So hope 2 see Laxman's excellent timed wrist flicked rocket shots soon.

the role of the coach is much more a mental one rather than the physical aspect as perceived by many
unless he gives out positive vibes to the players and makes them undstd their role he won't taste much success

Coach here should only make sure of keeping his guies confident all the time and make them be positive because this is T20 match can turn away all of a sudden. He shoud keep motivating them all the time irrespective of win or loss.

the role of the coach is very important i think darren lehmenn can motivate the players very well the coach and captain should back up the players and motivate them to play fearless cricket.NO fear of getting out and NO fear of getting hit for six.
